Cancellation Policy

Our promiseSuperior service, personalized attention POLICY: We DO NOT do refills from other place. Arriving on time is crucial to your appointment as we do see clients back to back. A 10 minute grace period is given to ensure we run on schedule. A deposit is required to secure your spot, please note you have up to 1 day prior to your appointment to cancel/reschedule, we understand life happens! but in case you miss your appointment or you do not show up for it, the deposit is going to be lost.
